Please note we have a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If an appointment is missed, canceled or changed with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged in full for your session. Gift Certificates are valid for 30 days, no exceptions. Kindly be advised all sales are final with no refunds or exchanges.
